Head of Sales & Memberships - Luxury Hospitality

Up to £90,000 base + performance incentives (experience dependent)

Are you an experienced Head of Sales ready to take on a pivotal leadership role within a globally recognized international hospitality and lifestyle group? This is a confidential search for a Head of Sales & Memberships to lead the full membership sales function for their flagship private membership division in London . This is a rare chance to join a globally respected group at a pivotal stage of growth, with the autonomy to shape the direction of the membership business from day one. You will be responsible for shaping a targeted sales strategy, building relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clientele , and ensuring the membership community reflects the brand's cultural prestige.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquisition & Retention: Drive membership acquisition and retention, ensuring an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales and partnership strategies that reflect luxury market positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small, high-performing sales team, setting clear commercial and brand-aligned goals.
  • Networking: Cultivate relationships across HNW/UHNW networks , corporate circles, and luxury lifestyle communities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and events teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and guest journey.
  • Reporting: Report directly to senior leadership on performance, pipeline, and growth strategy.

Ideal Profile

  • Experience: A proven track record in membership or luxury sales within private members’ clubs or 5-star hospitality .
  • Network: A natural connector with an established network in London’s luxury and cultural scene .
  • Attributes: Commercially astute, articulate, and brand-sensitive, able to combine sales performance with cultural curation.
  • Leadership Style: Hands-on and confident in leading from the front, engaging directly with high-profile members.
  • Communication: A confident communicator who brings both gravitas and warmth to every interaction.
  • Management: Experience managing and developing a team.
