We’re looking for a dynamic Service Support Officer to join our Resident Services Department, providing essential support to the Assistant Director for Culture & Leisure and their Heads of Service. This is a key role at the heart of a collaborative and innovative team delivering services across the vibrant boroughs of Wandsworth and Richmond.
About the role
The specific duties and responsibilities for this role are:
- Providing high-quality administrative and system support to senior managers.
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes across the Culture & Leisure service.
- Managing the divisional forward planner and internal governance procedures.
- Supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of service data.
- Handling customer feedback and complaints monitoring.
- Raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and liaising with vendors.
- Supporting meetings, correspondence, and office logistics.
- Monitoring and updating service webpages and digital tools.
- Contributing to quarterly performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Administrative Experience : Experience supporting senior staff and managing complex workloads.
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Proven ability to coordinate recruitment processes and welcome new starters.
- Process & Data Management : Skilled in record-keeping, data analysis, and reporting.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Office and productivity tools.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Able to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders and uphold high standards of customer care and equality.
