Part Time Office Manager
Liaise with contractors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, IT support, etc.)
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Organise weekly grocery deliveries and monthly team lunches
Book travel and assist with planning team events
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks, including some expense management🛠️ Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar office management role
Confident with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Excellent communicator with strong multitasking abilities
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment📝 What's on Offer Temporary contract (part-time, 3 days per week)
