CandidatewillbeexpectedtobepartoftheHousingOptionsdutyService,completingassessment,andcarryingoutrespectiveprevention/reliefwork.andmanagingavariedcaseloadKnowledgeofPartVIIHousingAct1996,HomelessnessReductionActandotherrelevantlegislationandstatuteisrequiredalongwithexperienceofcarryingouthomelessnessenquires,caseworkanddraftings184decisionletters.
CandidateswillberequiredtodemonstratetheyhavepracticalexperienceofdeliveringinapressurisedHousingOptionsServicesandismanagethemultipledemandsandpressuresoftheservice.HillingdonOffersflexibleworkingarrangements.
Candidateshouldexpecttobeofficebased50%ofthetimeoncetheyhavecompletedanoffice-basedinductionperiodwhichnormallytakestwotofourweekstocompletedependingonlevelofcompetency.Officehoursare9.00am-5.00pm
