Technical Recruiter – Graduate Focus (NETbuilder)
Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Commission
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday mandatory office attendance)
Requirement: Must hold a valid UK passport

Key Responsibilities
You will primarily recruit graduates and early-career professionals from STEM backgrounds with a passion for technology. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods including job boards and LinkedIn
- Attending university career fairs and networking events globally
- Building rapport with candidates and “selling” the opportunity confidently
- Building relationships with academic institutions across the UK, US, and Europe
- Cold calling and proactively engaging new candidates
- Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Maintaining accurate records using our ATS and internal systems
- Serve as a positive and professional ambassador for NETbuilder
Compensation & Commission
- Base Salary: £35,000 per annum
- Commission:
- £100 per hire (first 5 hires)
- £200 per hire (from the 6th hire onwards)
- Additional Bonuses: Based on team and individual performance
Location & Working Hours
- Office Attendance: Mandatory 4 days/week (Monday to Thursday) in our Central London office
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment, outbound telesales, or sales experience preferred but not essential
- Must come from a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident communicator
- Able to take initiative and quickly adapt to new challenges
- Passionate about working in tech recruitment on a global scale
- Must be available to start immediately
- Must have the right to work in the UK and a valid UK passport
