Scope and Purpose

Provide daily and operational support to the Global Relationship Manager ( “GRM”) in developing and maintaining business with existing and newly developed clients in the Sovereign Wealth and Public Pensions Funds space, with particular focus to the infrastructure sector, for EMEA. Contribute to ensure coordination between product teams, clients and RMs across countries.

This role involves support responsibilities in advisory, business development and administrative tasks as well as some regulatory activity.

Key responsibilities:

• Support to manage day to day relationships with clients under the Global Relationship Manager’s guidance;

Maintain client database and track deal process developments;

• Research and support client initiatives (generating and developing new ideas to present, formulating client pitch-books and analysis)

• Support The Global Relationship Manager in the preparation of pitch-books and marketing coverage material in coordination with product teams by taking into account the client profile and its financial needs;

Prepare management reports for new and existing clients mainly finalized to internal credit approval requests

• Management of main banking products, credit standards, banking services and provide efficient customer services;

• Profitability control and administrative management of a portfolio of clients in compliance with internal company policies;

• Deal with clients’ requirements, relay their requests and ensure that the latter are well executed and satisfactorily managed.

Required Experience

1 year in Banking / Financial Services Industry in a similar position

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Studies
• Knowledge of financial analysis
• Ability to understand and exploit financial information and databases
• Fluent in English
• Italian preferred but not essential
• Good knowledge of Office Suite
