About our Nursery
Busy Bees Ealing 2A/2B The Grove, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 50 children and features warm and welcoming rooms thoughtfully designed to create a nurturing and inviting atmosphere where children can flourish and thrive. Our tailored approach caters to each child's unique needs and interests, encouraging them to learn, explore, and unleash their full potential. Thanks to our dedicated team, no two days are the same, as they carefully curate a variety of fun-filled activities that continuously stimulate young minds. The adventurous outdoor garden provides ample space for exploration, play, and imagination. Conveniently nestled in the heart of Ealing, our nursery offers a central and accessible location for families seeking early years education. With excellent transportation links nearby, parents can easily drop off and pick up their children; the M4 is just a five-minute drive away, Ealing Broadway Station is an eight-minute walk, and bus stops on Grange Road and Bond Street are just a short stroll away. We also provide complimentary lunches for our children, ensuring they are well-fed and ready to enjoy all the engaging experiences we offer. Role Responsibilities:What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:
- Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
- Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
- Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
