Our client is a forward thinking Estate Agency business. They are looking for a Senior NegotiatorAssistant Manager to join their high performing team within their office in Edgware.

The Agency are very well established and highly regarded for their excellent level of customer service as well as their extensive local market knowledge and the cutting edge technology they use to market their properties.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary package and benefits for the Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager position include:

* Basic £25,000 - £30,000

* OTE £45,000

The ideal candidate:

* Have previous experience within Estate Agency at Sales or Senior Sales level with local knowledge preferred

* Be target driven with a proven track record in achieving targets

* Be well spoken and presented

* Have excellent customer service skills

* Possess excellent communication skills

* Also have outstanding organisational skills

The role will entail:

* Meeting with clients

* Assessing buyers & Sellers particular needs

* Negotiating the offer between the buyer and the seller

* Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone

* Promoting properties via different mediums
