Join us as a Slots Host in our Cricklewood Club offering a 40 hour contract. This is a Night role working between the hours of Midnight and 8am. This will include regular weekend shifts.The Role You’ll Play
As Slots Host, you’ll provide excellent Customer Service within our Machines Arcade by promoting and demonstrating our wide range of exciting games. You will build meaningful connections with our Customers and Colleagues and show an outstanding knowledge of the games on offer and are able to easily explain them to the Customers.

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team
- Demonstrating how to enjoy the games on offer
- Providing new member tours with a clear, exciting and engaging explanation of what's on offer
- Maintaining an understanding of First Level Fault Fixing on Machines to resolve basic faults, if you're unable to fix the issue, escalating to relevant parties
- Playing a part in securely collecting money from the machines on a daily/weekly basis
- Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live
