Rota Nanny
Location: Chelsea, London
Salary: £60,000–£75,000 GPA (DOE)
Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off (live-in when on rota, private bedroom provided)

A lovely family based in Chelsea is seeking an experienced and professional Rota Nanny to care for their four children, aged 13, 11, 9, and 2½. The primary focus will be on the three older children, as the youngest has a dedicated nanny. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, organised, and educationally-minded nanny to work with children, supporting their development and fostering independence.
The role is rota-based, and when on duty, the children will be at the Chelsea residence. You will also assist in preparing the children for time spent at the other parental household, ensuring continuity of routine and support.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the educational and developmental needs of the 13, 11, and 9-year-olds
- Creating and maintaining a structured daily routine to promote independence, organisation, and responsibility
- Assisting with homework, school projects, and extra-curricular activities
- Providing guidance and support appropriate to pre-teen and teenage children
- Supervising children around the home, on outings, and during activities
- Preparing the children for time in the other parental household, ensuring smooth transitions
- Managing children’s laundry and wardrobe care
- Encouraging positive behaviour and life skills development
- Swimming supervision and support, as required
- Collaborating effectively with other household staff to maintain consistency and high standards
- Driving children safely as required; confident driving skills essential (family car provided)
- Children's admin where required
Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a nanny, ideally with HNW/UHNW families
- Experience with pre-teens and teenagers
- Educationally focused with the ability to create structured learning and enrichment activities
- Confident driver with full UK licence is a must
- Teaching background or equivalent experience highly desirable
- Able to create and implement routines and systems to encourage independence
- Strong organisational skills, reliability, and discretion
- Professional, warm, and adaptable team player
