Salary: Up to £600 per week
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Riverside SEN Academy , a friendly and inclusive specialist school in Edmonton (N9), is looking for a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2025. About the Role - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll:
- Work with pupils aged 6–16who have a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and Moderate Learning Difficulties
- Provide both 1:1 and small-group support in lessons and activities
- Encourage confidence, independence, and social interaction among pupils
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create a positive, engaging learning environment

Candidate Profile - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
We’re looking for graduates who are:
- Educated to degree level (2:2 or higher ) – Psychology, Education, or related fields are beneficial
- Patient, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communicators with a genuine interest in supporting young people
- Previous experience working with children, mentoring, or SEN (desirable but not essential)
- Eligible to work in the UK (this role does not offer sponsorship )
