French Speaking Export Sales Coordinator

Our client is a well-established, market leading business within the luxury goods market – they are widely recognised as one of the best companies in their industry. Due to expansion, they are now looking for a bilingual or multilingual export sales coordinator to join their successful export sales team. The role:

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide sales support for the Export Sales department
• Point of contact for international agents, distributors and key accounts
• Provide support and help coordinate new product and new seasonal lines launch to international markets, organise sampling deliveries and distribution for new collection launches, submitting weekly reports on progress,
• Provide support and liaise with departments to develop specialist sampling,
• Provide support in managing key accounts and customer relationship, customer events, promotions and commercial programmes,
• Assist with international, multimarket contract projects, preparation of offers including coordination of deliveries and follow up until completion of project sale,
• Provide proactive support in coordinating contract customer database and managing relationships with contract customers and new accounts,
• Liaise with export sales office and customer service office and marketing department,
• Assist with organisation of international trade fairs, events, international travel,
• Website stockists and customer details monitoring, updates and amendments,
• Assist with regular export market sales reports,
• Occasionally support international exhibitions and travel to export markets to provide general assistance
• General departmental administrative tasks
• Liaise with all internal departments and managers to ensure efficient communication
• Adherence to the Company ‘Health and Safety’ procedures at all times
• Any other additional duties as may be required from time to time as requested by your line manager and/or the Company

The person:

Based from our client’s London office, this role will include some, in frequent, international travel.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have excellent English (written and spoken) and also be fluent in French (an additional European language will be a distinct advantage).
• Experience with branded consumer goods, design or high-end fashion/luxury goods.
• Flair for design and colour.
• Experience in export sales, international marketing or customer service.
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to set priorities and follow through.
• First class communicator and natural networker, proactive team player, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced busy environment.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Strong account management skills.
• High level of computer literacy.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
