This is a standout role for any Electrical Engineer to work as a Mobile Engineer for an in-house maintenance team covering commercial properties across North London. This exciting opportunity offers an excellent package that will not be found elsewhere!

Working Monday to Friday 9-5 or 8-4, you will be covering a portfolio of commercial properties only in North London. You should be experienced with Building Maintenance and HVAC systems, being able to work independently whilst also being adaptable to different maintenance teams on various sites. You should be electrical biased, with City and Guilds qualifications and at least three years of commercial building services maintenance experience.

Duties:

PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Statutory Compliance
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, BMS Operation
Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
Organising subcontractors
Completing logbooks and RAMS
Reports
Permits to work
Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Requirements:

City and Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualifications in Electrical Installations
Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and HVAC equipment
At least 5 years experience in Commercial Maintenance
Career driven and motivated
Apprentice trained - Desirable
Salary and Benefits:

£47,000 - £52,000 per annum
Excellent pension scheme - 20.5%
Monday - Friday, 9-5 or 8-5 working week
