Start date commencing 31st August / 5 days per a week

WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES:

· 1+ months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment.

· Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.

· Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment for customers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.

· Effective customer service and sales skills.

· Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.

YOUR ACTIVITIES:

· Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping at all times and carry out replenishment of sales floors within areas of responsibility.

· Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.

· Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.

· Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
