A nurturing and welcoming Catholic primary school in Kensington is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join its team from January 2026 . Role Overview
As the EYFS Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons for Nursery and Reception pupils.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Observe, assess, and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop the Early Years curriculum and share best practice.
- Embed the school’s Catholic ethos and values throughout classroom activities.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in EYFS , ideally in a faith-based or Catholic school.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum, assessment, and child development.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
- A caring, patient, and creative approach to teaching young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support the school’s ethos and values.
