The Purpose:
PPRO is on a mission to 3x in size by 2028. To get there, we need a strategic thinker who thrives in a lean, high-impact environment. As Associate Marketing Director, you will be the bridge between our complex payments infrastructure and our market-facing narrative.
This is a high-impact player-coach role. You will own the Product Marketing function and mentor a direct report, but you are also someone who loves rolling up your sleeves. You will own the high-level GTM process for our core regions (Europe and LatAm) while ensuring every piece of collateral and every campaign reflects our position as the leading local payments provider.
