Role Overview
The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the school’s buildings and grounds, managing planned and reactive maintenance, leading a team of site staff, and overseeing health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee upkeep, maintenance, and security of the school site
• Manage site staff and coordinate daily operations
• Ensure all health & safety regulations and risk assessments are up to date
• Liaise with contractors and external agencies
• Support school events and project planning
Requirements
• Previous site management or facilities experience in a school or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to work proactively and manage multiple priorities
