Size Group's Property Care division offers premier property management services to the luxury residential market. Specialising in both planned and reactive maintenance - from routine pool cleaning and servicing of boilers, lifts, and air conditioning units to gutter maintenance and decoration updates.We now seek an energetic and meticulous Property Manager to join our London based team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our London properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards while providing exceptional service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We value a team player who is enthusiastic, enjoys problem-solving, and can remain calm and composed under pressure.You will work professionally and confidently with team members and stakeholders to:
Conduct regular property inspections
Be the primary point of contact for clients and their representatives, handling requests swiftly and discreetly and providing regular updates
Organise preventative maintenance (HVAC servicing, gutter cleaning, utility tests, alarm checks etc.)
Manage repair works, snagging and contractors, ensuring all works are completed to a luxury standard
Monitor interior condition of furniture, artwork and finishes and ensure all appliances are functioning correctly at all times
Coordinate interior design updates or refurbishments
Maintain property manuals, asset logbooks, and maintenance schedules
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including gas safety, electrical certifications, fire compliance, and water testing
Coordinate keyholding and supervise access for deliveries, trades or guest arrivals
Carry out seasonal preparation (winterisation, summer checks)
Manage property budgets, obtain quotes for works, negotiate contractor rates, track invoices and authorise payments
About You
The successful Property Manager will be required to bring the following skills and qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel between London based properties and head office
Discretion, diplomacy and utmost professionalism when dealing with clients and client representatives
Strong organisational and multi-tasking ability
Be confident in managing subcontractors and holding them to high standards
Be solutions driven and proactive, recognising and rectifying issues at an early stage
Good knowledge of property care, including basic understanding of HVAC, electrics, plumbing, and home automation
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience of working within the prime residential sector is desirable
