Financial Services Paralegal
This role will sit within a highly regarded Financial Services and Products team, supporting partners and fee earners on a broad range of regulatory and funds matters.
Key responsibilities include:- Assisting with FCA regulatory applications, including authorisations and change in control
- Supporting with FCA notifications and ongoing compliance requirements
- Assisting with regulatory due diligence on corporate and banking transactions
- Reviewing and updating key fund documentation
- Coordinating advice from overseas counsel on cross-border matters
- Liaising with clients and maintaining strong working relationships
- Providing general support to fee earners on day-to-day matters
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative and project-based tasks
