Service Engineer - Scotland

Stratford, Greater London

As a Service Engineer, you will work closely with clients to troubleshoot and maintain sophisticated security technology that protects their assets and ensures their safety. You will leverage your technical expertise to provide exceptional service and support, addressing customer concerns and ensuring compliance with industry standards.,

  • Maintain security systems and equipment at client sites.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of security systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems and equipment.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients regarding their security solutions.
  • Educate clients on the proper use and functionality of security systems and equipment.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.

    Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the security industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Superb communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical certification in electronics, security systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and on-call as required for service requests.
