Events Senior Manager (Association)
Ready to step into a high-impact senior leadership role at the heart of the UK's private capital industry? We are seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead a talented team of four and deliver an exceptional programme of 60+ industry-defining events each year. From flagship conferences to global roadshows, you'll be the driving force behind best-in-class experiences that shape conversation, deepen engagement and elevate the voice of private capital across the UK and internationally.
In this role, you'll own operational delivery for major international roadshows and oversee the team ensuring seamless execution, sponsor satisfaction and exceptional on-site experience. You will be crafting agendas, shaping content and briefing speakers to bring their events to life. Working closely with the Director you'll help define event strategy, assess commercial performance and ensure every event meets its strategic and financial objectives.
We're looking for a confident, collaborative leader with excellent team management skills and deep experience delivering senior-level corporate or membership-sector events. You'll bring gravitas, drive and a sharp eye for detail, along with the ability to inspire a high-performing team and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors and speakers.
