Performance Marketing Executive

RIXO
London

ABOUT RIXO

RIXO’s story began in the London living room of best friends Henrietta & Orlagh, born from their passion for vintage.

Our philosophy is to evoke a wanderlust & free spirit in all our wearers, filling a gap in the market with easy-to-wear, feminine shapes and high-quality materials. Always inclusive, always empowering, we create a fusion of original hand-painted prints and timeless silhouettes to flatter every woman, irrespective of age, season, size, nationality or time of day.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑focused Performance Marketing Executive to join our digital team and take ownership of day‑to‑day campaign delivery across our paid channels. This role is ideal for someone with existing experience in paid media who’s ready to hit the ground running and confidently manage campaign setup across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

You’ll be responsible for building, launching, and maintaining campaigns that support traffic, conversion, and trading goals. Working closely with the wider performance team, you’ll ensure our paid activity is executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and launch paid campaigns across Meta and Google, with exposure to Pinterest and emerging platforms

  • Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns within ad platforms, from brief through to launch

  • Set up ad structures, audiences, tracking, and creative assets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain clear and consistent naming conventions to support efficient campaign management and reporting

  • Conduct thorough QA checks to ensure campaigns are error-free, correctly tagged, and fully optimised for launch

  • Monitor performance daily, flagging pacing issues, risks, and opportunities for optimisation

  • Implement in-platform updates including budget adjustments, bid changes, and creative refreshes

  • Support and execute structured A/B testing across audiences, formats, and creative, feeding learnings back into future campaigns

  • Regularly review tracking setup (pixels, tags, UTMs) to ensure data accuracy and proactively troubleshoot issues

  • Support weekly and monthly reporting, surfacing clear insights and actionable recommendations

  • Collaborate with brand, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure campaigns align with trading priorities, product focus, and brand storytelling

  • Stay up to date with platform developments, new formats, and emerging trends within paid media

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and with minimal errors

  • Budgets are well-managed, with clear pacing and proactive adjustments

  • A consistent testing approach is in place across creative and audiences

  • Reporting is clear, reliable, and contributes to actionable decision-making

  • Opportunities for optimisation are proactively identified and implemented

ABOUT YOU

  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally across Meta and/or Google Ads

  • Confident working directly within ad platforms, including campaign setup, trafficking, and troubleshooting

  • Strong understanding of core performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)

  • Familiarity with attribution basics and tracking (e.g. GA4, UTMs, pixel implementation)

  • High attention to detail, particularly when working with campaign setup and data accuracy

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and commercial teams

  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how paid media supports trading performance in a retail environment

  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a willingness to learn and develop

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaign launches

  • Strong communicator with the ability to work cross‑functionally

  • Proactive, solutions‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Desirable:

  • Experience with Pinterest or other emerging paid channels

  • Exposure to Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Tag Manager

  • Experience working within a fashion, retail, or eCommerce environment
