Performance Marketing Executive
ABOUT RIXO
RIXO’s story began in the London living room of best friends Henrietta & Orlagh, born from their passion for vintage.
Our philosophy is to evoke a wanderlust & free spirit in all our wearers, filling a gap in the market with easy-to-wear, feminine shapes and high-quality materials. Always inclusive, always empowering, we create a fusion of original hand-painted prints and timeless silhouettes to flatter every woman, irrespective of age, season, size, nationality or time of day.

Maintain clear and consistent naming conventions to support efficient campaign management and reporting
Conduct thorough QA checks to ensure campaigns are error-free, correctly tagged, and fully optimised for launch
Monitor performance daily, flagging pacing issues, risks, and opportunities for optimisation
Implement in-platform updates including budget adjustments, bid changes, and creative refreshes
Support and execute structured A/B testing across audiences, formats, and creative, feeding learnings back into future campaigns
Regularly review tracking setup (pixels, tags, UTMs) to ensure data accuracy and proactively troubleshoot issues
Support weekly and monthly reporting, surfacing clear insights and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with brand, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure campaigns align with trading priorities, product focus, and brand storytelling
Stay up to date with platform developments, new formats, and emerging trends within paid media
