The Opportunity

We're working with a leading global creative agency to hire an Influence Director to lead high-profile campaigns for a major technology brand.

This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of large-scale influencer programmes, working across integrated campaigns that shape culture and drive real impact.

The Role

As Influence Director, you'll lead multiple influencer workstreams end-to-end - from strategy and planning through to execution and reporting.

You'll manage a team, own client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across PR, social, media, and digital to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead influencer campaigns from strategy → execution → reporting
• Define influencer strategy, including objectives, targeting, and budgets
• Identify, vet, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with PR, social, media, and digital teams on integrated campaigns
• Stay ahead of cultural and social trends
• Support new business pitches and agency growth initiatives

About You

• Currently operating at Influence Director level (or strong Senior Lead ready to step up)
• Experience working with large brands, ideally within tech or consumer
• Strong understanding of influencer strategy and the social landscape
• Confident managing clients and senior stakeholders
• Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about culture, trends, and the creator economy
