Customer Success Account Manager
Salary: up to £65,000 plus package
Location: City of London A leading Insurtech is seeking an experienced Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to join its growing Client Success team. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring customers gain maximum value from innovative software solutions.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor — leading client reviews, managing renewals and upsells, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results, host user groups and product demos, and help shape the customer success strategy. You will bring proven experience managing multiple complex accounts, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and strong knowledge of the insurance or delegated authority market. Experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and a customer-first mindset are essential.
