Development Team Lead Fintech

Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Lead C# Developer to join our high profile client.
Our client is a well known fintech firm in the vehicle finance space
The I.T. team consists of an IT Director, Product Owner, Technical Support engineer, Data Analyst and Application Support Engineer. They are a small team supporting a business of around 130 staff. You will become a key member of the team and the business. We primarily design and develop software where the end user are internal staff, leaning on 3rd parties to handle the customer facing requirements.
Day to Day the Lead Developer will

• Manage the Dev. team including recruitment
• Build and deliver business requirements
• Collaborate with Product Owner on defining development requirements and schedule
• Become enlightened on the system architecture

The environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed with an open dress code. This is a role for techies, those who are motivated by the sharp end of technology and the possibility of making serious money doing something you are passionate about.
You have managed a small team of developers and are experienced in delivering production ready software within a Microsoft stack, on time and within budget.

Your Background:
5+ years of experience designing and building production level applications
Experience managing a small team (could be mentoring)
Experience monitoring and operating a production level service
Exposure with agile software development methodologies such as kanban and scrum
