Location: London, Hybrid (minimum 2 days a week in the office).

The Employee Relations Advisor Mission:
To nurture a supportive, values-led experience for our teams by confidently holding people related administration, case management and advice. Protecting our culture, enabling people to thrive, and ensuring we act with care, consistency, and compliance.
How you'll drive success:
Provide first line guidance to managers across the business, helping them navigate day to day people matters with clarity and confidence
Build relationships across the business with a profile rooted in trust and responsibility
Maintain accurate, timely and compliant people administration that supports a smooth employee experience
Hold end to end ownership of people cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and capability, ensuring every step is fair, clear, and well documented
Manage team members onboarding across all PX platforms, ensuring new joiners are set up for success
Oversee right to work documentation and compliance, protecting both our people and the business
Manage leave balances and benefits with care, clarity and attention to detail
Maintain accurate, compliant and audit-ready employee files and systems
Support our Payroll Manager with payroll processes to ensure team members are paid correctly and on time
Track and report people data to help us understand trends and make informed decisions
Contribute to improving people management resources so managers feel equipped and supported
Work closely with the wider People Team and develop strong relationships with our Area Managers to deliver successfully on the above
What you'll need to thrive:

Experience as a people manager or experience in a People/HR team ( 2+ years)
A genuine motivation to bring out the best in people and create experiences that help them flourish
Confident handling of a full range of people cases
High attention to detail & a love for being organised
Confidence working with sensitive and confidential information
Effortlessly lead with empathy & inclusion able to consider multiple individual perspectives
You will know how to handle sensitive situations discreetly and efficiently
Able to adapt to shifting priorities and moving goalposts
Travel to all stores in London and regional expected
The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
Experience Interview - a slightly longer video call for you to meet your manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
Final Interview - 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present
