About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organized Global Events Manager to lead the planning, and execution of Attensi’s events globally. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional in-person and virtual experiences that bring our brand to life, engage our global audience, and support our sales organisation with high-quality leads. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams in the UK, US, and Norway to create seamless, impactful events that align with our company goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning: Own the end-to-end delivery of Attensi’s global events strategy – including internal and external events, both in-person and virtual.
- Execution & Logistics: Plan and manage all aspects of event operations, including logistics, budgets, timelines, vendors, on-site delivery, and post-event evaluation — in collaboration with local teams across regions.
- Budget Management: Align event budgets with business goals and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage external partners, suppliers, and venues.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on event performance metrics such as ROI, attendee engagement, lead quality, and pipeline impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Content, and Creative teams to ensure each event reflects Attensi’s tone, identity, and messaging.
- Financial & Legal Alignment: Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams on contracts, payments, and compliance for all event-related activities.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who brings exceptional organisation, calm focus, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge. You have a strong foundation, with a bachelor’s degree and experience operating in fast-paced, international environments, and you’re comfortable navigating the pace and complexity that comes with global events. You think analytically, communicate clearly, and bring a structured approach to turning ideas into well-executed, high-impact experiences.
The right person for our team will have:
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B event or project management, ideally within tech or SaaS.
- A proven ability to take full ownership of global trade shows, conferences, and corporate events from concept through to delivery.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Teams or GoTo.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to measure, understand, and communicate event ROI.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, with the resilience and problem-solving ability to keep things moving in a dynamic environment.
It would also be useful to have:
- Experience curating immersive or experiential event concepts that enhance attendee engagement.
- Experience with tools like WordPress, Figma, or Canva.
- Understanding of brand experience and creative event design.
What do we offer?
At Attensi you will become part of an exciting and rapidly growing scale-up that is already a global leader in its field. You get to work in an exciting environment surrounded by committed, smart and talented colleagues from a variety of backgrounds, both culturally and academically.
You will play a central role in our largest and fastest growing team and will have very good opportunities for further development and growth in both the role and the company.
Attensi has an energetic and social working environment. And with that, we have the appreciation and understanding behind operating in a hybrid model, where we are in-person thrice weekly in our London offices near Southwark - or out meeting our clients in person, which we believe is the best way to create meaningful relationships. We work hard but also have a lot of fun. Monthly social activities like Attensi-days, sporting events, after-work drinks, get togethers, game nights and company trips to our Norwegian HQ or elsewhere, are some of the ways in which we ensure we not only work together, but also play together!
