As a Flexible Waiter - GSQ , you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within a busy food and beverage outlet. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-quality hospitality environment, providing outstanding service to guests in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and offer menu recommendations when appropriate.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Be attentive to guest needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Handle guest queries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.

About You

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Confident working in a busy service environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional with a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including early morning, evenings and weekends.
• A strong team player who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests.
