The Role
• Provide administrative support across the school, including reception duties
• Manage emails, phone enquiries and visitor sign-in
• Assist with student records, data entry and reporting
• Support staff, parents and students professionally and efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding responsibilities
Requirements
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and school MIS (desired)
• Reliable, proactive and able to multitask in a busy environment
