COMPLIANCE MANAGER - TELECOMMUNICATIONS

A fast-growing and highly regulated telecommunications business is looking to appoint a Compliance Manager to support the ongoing development of its compliance framework. Operating in a dynamic and evolving regulatory environment, this organisation offers the opportunity to take ownership of compliance activities while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
As Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation remains compliant with relevant regulatory, legal, and industry requirements. You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining a robust compliance framework while supporting the business on risk, governance, and regulatory matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Owning and maintaining the compliance framework, policies, and procedures
- Monitoring regulatory developments within the telecommunications sector and assessing business impact
- Acting as the key point of contact for compliance and regulatory matters
- Supporting risk assessments, internal controls, and governance processes
- Managing relationships with regulators and external advisors where required
- Providing compliance guidance and training to stakeholders across the business
- Supporting audits, reviews, and regulatory submissions
- Proven experience in a Compliance Manager or similar complementation’s role
- Experience within a regulated industry, ideally telecommunications, utilities, or technology
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ability to interpret regulation and translate it into practical business solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive and commercially-minded approach
