This is a chance to join a highly regarded Tax practice where you'll be trusted to lead client relationships, influence strategic decisions and help businesses navigate an increasingly complex global mobility landscape.

Working with a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses, privately owned organisations and multinational groups, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering practical, commercially focused advice on global mobility and international workforce matters while contributing to the continued growth and success of the wider practice.

The Role

As an Associate Director, you will:

  • Act as the lead contact for a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, providing commercially focused advice and solutions.
  • Manage the delivery of complex Global Mobility Tax advisory and compliance projects.
  • Advise clients on international assignments, cross-border employment matters, remote working arrangements and expatriate tax issues.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional services.
  • Lead client engagements from planning through to delivery, ensuring quality, risk management and technical excellence.
  • Manage portfolio performance, including billing and cash collection responsibilities.
  • Work closely with Partners, Directors and colleagues across multiple service lines to provide integrated solutions.
  • Support the development, coaching and mentoring of junior team members.
  • Stay abreast of legislative developments and advise clients on emerging global mobility and employment tax issues and opportunities.
About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong technical expertise in Global Mobility Tax matters, including expatriate taxation, international assignments and cross-border workforce issues.
  • Experience managing a substantial portfolio of clients and leading senior stakeholder relationships.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex Global Mobility Tax projects and advisory work.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and business development skills.
  • The ability to identify, manage and mitigate risk appropriately.
  • Strong leadership, communication and people management capabilities.
  • A collaborative approach with the confidence to work alongside senior colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • A professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, ATT or equivalent.
What's on Offer
  • The opportunity to join a highly respected and growing Tax practice.
  • Exposure to a broad and varied client base, from entrepreneurial businesses to large multinational organisations.
  • A supportive, collaborative culture that values individual contribution and development.
  • Genuine opportunities for career progression and leadership development.
  • Flexible and agile working arrangements.
  • Access to market-leading technical expertise, learning programmes and professional development opportunities.
  • A highly competitive salary and benefits package.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager ready to step into an Associate Director position, or an established Associate Director seeking a broader platform to develop clients, lead teams and drive growth within a leading professional services environment.
