Global Mobility Tax Assistant Manager

Join a growing Global Mobility Tax team advising a diverse portfolio of organisations, from ambitious mid-market businesses to multinational groups, on the challenges and opportunities of an increasingly international workforce.
This is an opportunity for an Expatriate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager to work closely with clients on both compliance and advisory matters, helping them navigate employee mobility, international assignments, remote working and cross-border tax issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of expatriate tax clients.
- Delivering tax compliance and advisory services.
- Advising on UK residency, international assignment planning and employment income taxation.
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser.
- Managing projects, budgets and billing processes.
- Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and supporting their development.
- Identifying opportunities to broaden client relationships and enhance service delivery.
To be successful, you will need:
- ATT, CTA, ACA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong expatriate/global mobility tax experience.
- Knowledge of UK residency and employment tax matters.
- Experience managing client relationships and projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative and commercially minded approach.
