Job Details

Restaurant Associates is looking for an experienced and inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operation and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and a motivated, high-performing team.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and develop the front-of-house team.
Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality.
Manage daily restaurant operations and service standards.
Oversee staffing, rotas, and labour costs.
Monitor stock, budgets, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

We're looking for someone with:

Previous restaurant management experience in a high-quality hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
A commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
The ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment.
