A leading private equity firm in London, City is seeking a highly organised and polished Temporary Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director while their current Executive Assistant goes on maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a temporary Executive Assistant role in private equity in London, allowing the to gain exposure to a fast-paced and professional investment environment.
This temporary Executive Assistant role in London will involve managing complex and ever-changing diaries, coordinating internal and external meetings, and arranging international travel with detailed itineraries. You will also support investor relations processes, including maintaining and updating CRM systems (Salesforce), tracking investor interactions, and assisting with meeting coordination and follow-ups. Additional duties include preparing presentations and documents, inbox management, and acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
The ideal Executive Assistant will have previous experience as an Executive Assistant within private equity, investment banking or financial services, and be confident supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a polished approach. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential, along with the ability to manage high volumes of coordination. A minimum of 3–5 years’ Executive Assistant experience at senior level is required.
