You will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
• Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning.
• Help with phonics, reading, writing and maths as directed.
• Assist with classroom organisation, resources and displays.
• Support pupils’ social and emotional development.
