We’re looking for someone with:
2+ years’ experience delivering technology projects, ideally including SAP financial management, SAP transformations or migrations.
Proven ability to lead matrix teams of up to 50 people and manage supplier partners.
Strong leadership presence—credible, composed and able to influence senior stakeholders including Board members.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
High resilience, strong negotiation skills and a pragmatic, common‑sense approach.
