Senior Legal Counsel (London / Hybrid)
You will:
- lead on high value transactions and advise stakeholders on a range of commercial and legal issues, typically involving technology, telecommunications and outsourcing (covering cloud, data, hosting, IT infrastructure, information security, software, networks and professional services).
- partner with stakeholders to work toward their objectives and works collaboratively with them to reach optimal solutions quickly in a complex regulated environment.
- work with other members of the Legal Senior Leadership team to evolve the function in order to continuously improve in the way that legal services are delivered.
- coach, train and develop junior members of the Legal Team and develop training sessions with the wider business in key areas.
