Senior Account Executive, Acquisitions UK
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across key target markets
- Develop and execute strategic acquisition plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Strong emphasis on prospecting net new enterprise accounts
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that demonstrate clear ROI
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development using CRM tools
- 8+ years of successful B2B sales experience,
- 5+ years specifically focused on net new customer acquisition in UK market with a focus on enterprise sales and complex solutions
- Proven track record selling complex solutions in one or more of the following areas: software development services, QA tools, embedded systems, engineering software or related technologies
- Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with technical stakeholders (e.g., engineering, QA, product teams)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a disciplined approach to pipeline management
- Willingness to travel regularly, for customer meetings and trade shows
- Exposure to MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks
- Understanding of the software development processes and the common challenges and pain points faced by developers and testers
- Knowledge in value-based selling, solution selling, and creating long-term business relationships in the industry
- Target-driven and results-focused personality to deliver against clear objectives and business development targets
