Employment Lawyer

This US law firm with a mid-sized practice in London seeks an Employment Lawyer (3-5 years' PQE) for a broad advisory and transactional role. The successful candidate will advise on all aspects of employment law, supporting high-profile corporate transactions and providing strategic input on multi-jurisdictional restructurings and global reorganisations.​

Role Highlights

• Supporting Corporate M&A transactions
• Advise on a wide range of employment matters, including TUPE/transfer of undertakings, contracts, terminations, and restrictive covenants.​
• Support major global clients on organisational change projects including on matters such as immigration law
• Draft and review employment agreements and policies for international contexts.
• Employment Litigation

Requirements

• Employment solicitor at the mid to senior associate level with upwards of 3 PQE at a well-regarded UK based City Employment practice ​
• Experience handling employment contracts, employee transitions, and restrictive covenants.​
• Strong understanding of TUPE/transfer of undertakings and international restructures.
• Commercial approach and client-focused mindset.
