Sales Advisor - London Oxford Street Flagship Store (32 - 40 hours)
Job Description
As a Sales Advisor of our groundbreaking Oxford Street West ‘Mind Oasis’ store, you will guide a transformative shopping experience—blending science-backed treatments with immersive design. Opening this November, this concept redefines the way customers engage with wellbeing and luxury. Your vision and leadership will ensure every visitor experiences a moment of pause, breath, and reconnection in their everyday lives. Being a Rituals Advisor means being a luxury sales advisor with many exciting opportunities to grow in your career.
By working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you’ll reach your personal goals and the goals for the store. You’ll interact with customers every day and ensure to provide a ‘best in class’ customer experience. You’ll follow store operational and safety procedures as well as keep the store clean and tidy according to company visual merchandising standards.

You know how to share that excitement by showing our customers how our products can make them feel even better.

- Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.
- A customer-service mentality and team-player’s work ethic.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail, organised and structured.
