Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing, you will act as the operational lead within the marketing function, reporting into the Global Marketing Director. This is an execution‑focused leadership role, responsible for delivering global marketing campaigns, launches and activations with clear commercial impact. You will bridge brand, digital and commercial teams to ensure consistency, accountability and performance across DTC, wholesale and retail channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end execution of global marketing campaigns, launches and brand activations.
- Translate brand and commercial strategy into clear, actionable marketing plans across channels and international markets.
- Ensure all marketing activity is delivered on time, on budget and to a consistently high standard.
- Oversee campaign rollouts across DTC, wholesale and retail environments.
- Lead performance measurement across traffic, conversion, revenue contribution and ROI, embedding a test‑and‑learn culture.
- Manage global launch planning, campaign toolkits and post‑campaign analysis to continuously improve execution.
- Line manage a multidisciplinary marketing team spanning content, social, influencer and trade marketing.
- Drive strong cross‑functional alignment with digital, commercial and product teams.
- Oversee external agencies, ensuring clear scopes, accountability and value delivery.
Experience Requirements
- Proven senior marketing leadership experience within beauty, fragrance, lifestyle or culturally driven consumer brands.
- Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on delivery, performance and measurable impact.
- Experience leading and developing high‑performing marketing teams.
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with performance‑driven outcomes.
- Highly organised, execution‑focused and comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments.
- Confident managing agencies and senior internal stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Strong channel marketing profile with experience in a high growth luxury brand ideally with beauty industry experience.
