Mobile Sales Advisor
Our client is an established luxury skincare brand with a strong presence across prestigious retail partners in the UK. The brand is recognised for its results-driven approach and elevated customer experience, with a focus on delivering impactful in-store activations and personalised skincare consultations.
As a Mobile Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving brand performance across multiple high-profile retail locations in London. This role sits within the retail function and reports into a Business Manager. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting retail teams, and enhancing brand presence through sales, education, and activation.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance across multiple retail locations, focusing on conversion, average transaction value, and overall productivity
- Deliver personalised skincare consultations and exceptional customer service experiences
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the brand with expertise and professionalism
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, store teams, and clients
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and in-store performance
- Support retail activations, events, and key commercial moments
- Execute in-store events, masterclasses, and promotional campaigns
- Contribute to a consistent, high-quality brand presence across all locations
- Work collaboratively across multiple sites, adapting to different store environments and teams
Experience Requirements
- Experience within luxury beauty retail, ideally skincare
- Proven ability to drive strong sales performance in a retail environment
- Confident in delivering consultations and personalised customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working across multiple locations in a field-based role
- Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated approach
- Passion for skincare and delivering high-quality customer experiences
