Admissions Officer

The successful candidate will join the Marketing team in London. Reporting directly to the Head of Enrollment he/she will support Responsible for managing the enrollment process and ensuring a seamless admissions experience for both domestic and international students. This role involves counseling prospective students processing applications overseeing administrative and financial documentation and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. He/She will also support business development strategies marketing activities and provide statistical enrollment reports to management.

The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:

  • Assure the counseling of students for the best programmes/school from all sources (web isg fair school and campaigns) to achieve enrollment targets for each intake.
  • Collect applications and nurtures students until they arrive on campus. He/She will receive register and check candidates applications.
  • Always provide excellent customer service to applicants assisting with face-to-face enquiries answering calls and responding to all emails and queries in a timely manner.
  • Execute programme specific acceptance procedures including entrance exam portfolio assessment and interviews (based on requirements of programme).
  • Oversee and manage the full student admissions process for the London campus ensuring a smooth and compliant enrolment journey. This includes evaluating academic qualifications reviewing and verifying applications and ensuring alignment with internal academic policies and relevant UK higher education standards.
  • The role also coordinates programme-specific selection procedures including entrance exams portfolio assessments and candidate interviews.
  • Additionally he/she will manage international student visa procedures working closely with UK immigration authorities embassies and consulates to support visa issuance and compliance.
  • Support prospective (and current) students in handling scholarship and financial aid enquiries including guidance on application procedures eligibility criteria and required documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely processing and communication of outcomes.
  • Provide periodic statistical reports on enrollment progress to monitor the application pipeline and measure recruitment effectiveness.
  • Contribute to promotional efforts such as Open Day and welcome days on campus and online ensuring smooth coordination and execution. Follows the organization coordination and execution of random and scheduled campus visits.
  • Support the development of sales and marketing strategies by identifying key recruitment regions defining objectives and proposing initiatives to enhance the institutions brand reputation and program me innovation.
  • This role also contributes to international network development by managing relationships with public and private institutions universities and schools.

Requirements:

Educational and Experience
The ideal candidate holds a bachelors degree; a masters in a related field is a plus. He/She has 23 years of experience in enrollment admissions or student recruitment with solid knowledge of UK admissions compliance and student visa procedures (including CAS). Experience with scholarship or financial aid processes is an advantage.

Skills
The candidate has strong organizational and administrative abilities excellent interpersonal and counselling skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong analytical skills for enrollment reporting and a proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.

Professional and Technical Skills
Knowledge of the UK education sector regulations and guidelines (CMA UKVI GDPR) and recruitment trends. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) student information systems Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools for online recruitment and communication.

Languages
Fluent English (C1/C2 level) written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
