- Strong understanding of FX Options pricing , including volatility surface representations, Greeks and second-order risks, practical vol marking, and risk management for an exotic options book
- Strong coding ability in Python and/or C++ , sufficient to prototype pricing logic, analyse trading data, and read/review production code
- Demonstrated experience building or owning electronic pricing / auto-quoting systems , including controls and operational readiness
- Proven track record of delivering production changes end-to-end , including handling edge cases, post-release support, and working constructively through trader feedback and challenge
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across Trading, Quant and Technology teams
