Firmstep Business Analyst needed in Wembley

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a wide range of analysis and solution‑design activities that support a complex Digital Transformation Programme. They will research and analyse statistical data, map customer journeys, design and document work‑streams and process flows, compile trends and performance reports, and develop business‑focused solutions informed by customer insight.
They will support an ambitious schedule of workshops, taking full responsibility for producing high‑quality outputs including minutes, actions, ideas, risks, issues and business requirements. They will work closely with digital transformation colleagues and service teams to translate workshop notes, sketches and process maps into clear, structured user stories.
The successful candidate will collate detailed service requirements through interviews, document reviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, workflow analysis and scenario planning. They will identify opportunities to improve resident experience by developing customer journey maps, facilitating focus groups and involving residents directly in service redesign.
They will use statistical data to diagnose systemic weaknesses, identify root causes of business problems and define how to track the benefits of proposed changes. They will research and benchmark against other organisations, developing innovative methods for presenting data to support decision‑making. They will analyse, evaluate and interpret complex information to drive service improvement and redesign.
Candidates must have proven experience using Firmstep software; applications without this experience will not be shortlisted.
