The Role

We’re experiencing huge demand across the Out of Home (OOH) channel and are now hiring a Senior National Account Manager to help accelerate our next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact commercial role where you’ll:

• Manage and grow existing routes to market
• Unlock new national accounts across foodservice and wholesale
• Drive both volume and brand visibility across the UK

You’ll split your time between developing key strategic partners and winning new business, helping bring PROPERONI® to more menus, more venues, and more consumers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing relationships with specialist distributors and national wholesalers
• Winning and developing new national restaurant & hospitality groups
• Creating activation plans that drive brand visibility on menus
• Owning the P&L for the OOH channel, delivering ambitious volume and profit targets
• Building strong cross-functional partnerships with marketing and supply chain
• Representing PROPERONI® at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of the UK OOH / foodservice market (experience with Bidfood, Brakes or similar highly beneficial)
• Proven track record managing national or key accounts and delivering growth
• Commercially sharp with experience owning a P&L
• Excellent relationship-builder – confident, credible, and customer-first
• Comfortable with data, forecasting, and business planning
• Highly organised, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced challenger environment
