Oracle Recruiting & Onboarding Project Manager - FTC
• Define and track on behalf of HR Center of Excellence project scope, milestones, and deliverables in close collaboration with HR Digital Team
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and data protection standards. Stakeholder Engagement • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Digital HR Team, and with internal IT and external vendors as appropriate.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training to support change management. System Implementation & Integration • Provide input and support system configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle RMS and Onboarding tool in alignment with Digital HR Team.
• Provide input for integration with existing Oracle HCM modules and third-party systems in line with COE requirements
• Support further implementation of updated TA Policy and set up best practice sharing group with the countries as part of the implementation of Oracle RMS V2 Process Optimization • Analyze and redesign recruitment and onboarding workflows.
• Leverage automation and analytics to enhance efficiency and user experience. Reporting & Analytics • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor project KPIs and adoption.
• Provide actionable insights to HR leadership Qualifications • Experience of onboarding within Oracle
• Project management skills
• System integration experience
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work within a diversified & multi-cultural team dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple locations. Competencies:

• High multi-cultural sensitivity • Salary: up to £68,187.82 dependent on experience plus a 10% annual bonus • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
• Flexible core hours - start anytime between 07:30am-10am, finish after 16:00 (7.5 hours per day)
