The Role
- Website Management: Oversee the development of content for the website, including blogs and other material, ensuring that it aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.

- Design & Creative Collateral: Use Canva and other tools to design marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, videos, and other visual assets. Stay informed about new tools, including AI technologies like Hedra, that could enhance our marketing efforts.
- Analytics & SEO Oversight: Collaborate with external SEO consultants to ensure our site remains optimized, track marketing performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Campaign Development: Work closely with the business development team to create and execute engagement campaigns that drive growth and build relationships with potential clients.
- Events: Assist in the coordination and planning of events, including attending industry events and eventually organizing in-house events to further build our brand presence.
The Person

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair and the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and basic SEO.
- Creative Design Skills: Proficient in design tools like Canva (or similar); knowledge of video editing and emerging AI technologies is a plus.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse campaign performance, interpret data, and use insights to make recommendations for improvement.
- Event Management Interest: A willingness to explore and grow into event coordination and management.
- Cultural Fit: A genuine interest in our business, a natural curiosity to learn, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Perks:
- Opportunity to grow within the role from Marketing Coordinator to Marketing Manager based on performance, learning speed, and ambition.
- Hybrid working options after a successful onboarding period.
- Being part of a friendly and growing team with exciting plans for expansion.
