Hours: 1pm-5:45pm, Monday to Thursday (term time only)

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established 3-form entry primary school in the heart of Walthamstow, who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

The successful candidate will support children across Reception to Key Stage 1, providing tailored SEN support to help pupils thrive in their learning and development. After school hours until 5:45pm, you will be supporting the afterschool club as a playworker.

Key Requirements:

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).
Experience of working with children in Early Years and/or Key Stage 1.
A strong understanding of play-based, child-centred learning.
Ability to provide targeted SEN support while enabling children to access the wider curriculum.
Flexible, patient, and able to adapt support to individual needs.
A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
