Client Bookkeeper/Business Manager
We are very pleased to be working with an extremely well established and vibrant Business Management and Accountancy firm in the London area.
They are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic team to undertake day to day support for their portfolio of clients within the media industry.

What will the role involve?
- To undertake day to day bookkeeping and business management for a portfolio of clients.
- Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments.
- Completing and filing of client VAT Returns and EC sales lists.
- Liaising directly with clients and suppliers on queries to ensure timely completion and a professional manner.
- Providing credit control services for client portfolio.
- Preparing client cash flow reports and forecasting.
- Dealing with financial paperwork and responding to HMRC queries.
- Direct client facing role that requires a confident and professional approach to client servicing
What experience and knowledge is required?
- Knowledge of Payroll and Pensions required as Business Manager would need to liaise with the client on a monthly basis to ascertain changes needed
- Previous experience with software packages including Xero are a bonus
- AAT qualified and/or suitable/relevant book-keeping/business management experience
- Knowledge of VAT rules, Accounts, Tax and Payroll desirable
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- An excellent self-starter that demonstrates initiative but also a team player
- Confident approach to client communications
